The Prairie Gold Rush
Summer Convention
An
invitation is hereby extended to all Prairie Gold Rush M-M
exhibitors and enthusiasts to participate in the Prairie Gold Rush
Association’s annual summer convention to be held in McConnellsburg,
PA. The “prairie gold color” of the M-M tractors will mix nicely
with the Fulton
County’s fall foliage. We look forward
to seeing you there!!
Show
Activities include: A
2-hour Main Street parade, tractor pulls, 4x4 pickup and semi–truck
pulls, farm toy show, lawn mower races, draft horse pull, threshing
and saw mill operating with steam engines, hit and miss engines,
petting zoo and pony rides for the children, flea market, great food
and parts vendors. Primitive camping is available on a first come
first serve basis.
Lodging:
Breezewood,
PA offers the closest lodging,
(18miles) and is located at the intersection of the major highways
leading to our area. Arrangements have been made with The Holiday
Inn Express for a block of 39 rooms reserved for PGR guests. Mention
the Prairie Gold rush when making your reservation.. A room will be
available for visiting with fellow collectors during the weekend.
The rooms will be held until Sept 15.

Hospitality Tent: We
will as in the past have two (2) 40 X 100’ tents for the PGR feature
items. If you have small MM items to display, i.e. toys, literature
and other memorabilia we will set you up under the tent. Security is
provided for this area. If you are a vendor of MM items, parts,
literature etc please let us know so we can allocate space and

Banquet:
The PGR banquet will be held Saturday evening at 7 PM. The
buffet style meal will be held at a local church fellow ship hall
Tickets are $20.00 Reservations must be made and paid for in
advance.
